Test Engineer - Level 1-2

KruTech, LLC is seeking a Test Engineer, specializing in back-end application development, to join our crew!

As a Test Engineer, some of your duties will include:

• Writing test plans and test cases based on business requirements and use cases
• Reviewing code for defects in security features such as encryption or authentication mechanisms
• Performing manual testing of products or services to ensure that they function as intended
• Identifying and reporting defects in products or services to the development team
• Designing and implementing automated testing tools to streamline testing processes
• Providing technical support for software products after they have been released to the public
• Conducting usability tests to determine how easy it is to use a product or service
• Developing test scripts, procedures, and other documentation to standardize testing methods and ensure consistent results
• Identifying opportunities to improve existing products based on customer feedback

Required Experience:

• At least seven (7) years of experience in software engineering on similar projects and scope. 
• Experience with 508 compliance testing
• Experience with Automated testing 
• Clearance w/ Polygraph required. 

Required Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline.
